Together, we collaborate, commit to innovation and shape the future of our industry, building a culture of trust, transparency and enjoyment.\nAbout the role\nAs a Risk Analyst, you'll play a hands-on part in keeping Infront's Enterprise Risk Management framework running smoothly, offering both administrative and analytical support to our wider Risk & Compliance function.\nYou'll help make sure our risk information is complete, accurate and up to date. That means maintaining risk records, coordinating updates, tracking actions, and contributing to the preparation of risk assessments and reporting.\nWorking under the direction of the Head of Risk & Compliance, you'll provide the foundational support that keeps our risk framework operating day to day.\nResponsibilities\nKeep the Enterprise Risk Register, Risk Exposure Register and associated action records complete and current.\nCoordinate with risk owners and delegates, following up for periodic risk, exposure, Key Risk Indicator (KRI) and action updates.\nRecord new risk exposures and help categorise and map them within the risk framework.\nTrack risk treatment and remediation actions, following up on those approaching or overdue.\nSupport the preparation of periodic enterprise risk assessments and risk-owner review materials.\nHelp collect and organise the information and evidence needed for risk and resilience assessments.\nAnalyse risk data to spot trends, movements, overdue actions and recurring exposures.\nPrepare standard risk reports, dashboards and management information using established templates.\nHelp prepare materials for the Risk & Compliance Committee and other governance meetings.\nMaintain accurate, auditable records of risk assessments, decisions, approvals and supporting evidence.\nProvide administrative support for risk workshops, meetings and assessment activities, recording actions and decisions.\nSupport the Risk & Resilience Officer and wider Risk & Compliance team with other defined activities as required.\nWho You Are\nTypically 0-2 years' experience in a risk management, governance or related area.
