For more information, please see our Privacy Policy\n\nWe’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to drive end-to-end solution delivery within our PMO department - leading a cross-functional team, shaping architecture, and ensuring high-quality, on-time releases.\nAs part of our dynamic team, your responsibilities in this role will include:\nDrive the full product lifecycle - from rapid MVP scoping through maintainable production release\nBuild responsive, well-crafted frontend components using modern frameworks\nDesign and develop robust, scalable backend APIs and databases built for long-term maintainability\nIntegrate and manage third-party APIs, ensuring seamless, reliable data flow\n Analyze data and build efficient data pipelines (strongly preferred)\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into clean technical solutions.\nOur ideal candidate possesses the following skills:\nMid-level+ hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (React and/or Vue)\nStrong backend development skills, including API design and database management (PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB; Redis; S3)\nStrong command of Python and Node.js; experience building REST and/or GraphQL APIs\nProficiency with AWS and Git; comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines\nDaily, practical use of AI coding assistants (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar); understanding of strengths/limitations across tools\nArchitecture-focused mindset: scalable systems, clean integration points, long-term maintainability\nStartup mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and wearing multiple hats\nExperience with data/web scraping, MarTech, or SalesTech (highly desirable)\nEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher.\nNice to have:\nData analysis and data pipeline experience.\n\nWhat we offer:\nOpportunity to shape the backbone systems of a modern, data-driven digital company\nA collaborative, innovation-first environment that values initiative and experimentation\nReduced working hours on Fridays during the summer\n Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1 PM - 9 PM EET (including 1 hour break).\nWhy join us?\nYou’ll be at the intersection oftechnology, process innovation, and business growth - building systems that empower our teams to work smarter, faster, and more collaboratively.
