Best Workplaces.\nWe're looking for a Middle Project Manager with a strong background in project management and process implementation to lead the development and rollout of internal systems and business processes. You're analytical, people-savvy, and comfortable working directly with stakeholders at all levels.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the full internal project lifecycle - from requirements gathering through solution delivery and process implementation\nConduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to identify needs, validate assumptions, and translate them into actionable project requirements\nBridge business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment at every stage\nIdentify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with clear mitigation strategies\nLead implementation of new products, tools, or processes into existing business workflows\nLead change management efforts, staying flexible and adapting quickly to evolving requirements, priorities, and business needs while ensuring smooth execution and alignment across teams \nMonitor project performance and KPIs, keeping delivery aligned with business outcomes\nCollect and analyze data to support decision-making and proposed solutions\nPrepare and deliver progress reports and updates to stakeholders and senior management\nProactively identify process improvement opportunities and efficiency gaps across teams\nWhat We're Looking For\n3+ years of project management experience\nHands-on experience in business process analysis, optimization, or product workflow development \nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical audiences\nData-driven approach to decision-making\nExperience working with AI or implementing AI into products or business processes\nStrong organizational and delivery skills with flexibility to adapt to changing requirements\nEnglish B2 or above\nWe strive to make our hiring process fair and comfortable for all candidates.
