Best Workplaces.\nWe are seeking a Middle+ Project Manager with strong project management experience to lead projects involving innovative AI and technology solutions.\nThis role is focused on project ownership and delivery, working across business and technical teams to understand stakeholder needs, shape requirements, and drive the implementation of technology and process improvements.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead projects end-to-end and coordinate multiple projects across departments, ensuring project goals are achieved within scope, timeline, and budget\nOwn project planning, including solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management\nAnalyze workflows and business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and translate them into actionable project requirements\nDrive business process improvements through research, process modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis\nWork with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to clarify requirements, report progress, present results, and manage expectations\nOrganize the work of cross-functional business and technical teams, including scope, priorities, and backlog\nLead implementation and change management, ensuring stakeholder engagement and smooth adoption\nCoordinate the integration of business systems, processes, and technology solutions\nQualifications\n4+ years of Project Management experience, with proven experience leading projects from initial request through implementation\nExperience working in a product company or startup with internal stakeholders and users\nExperience managing digital products, SaaS, technology, or AI-related projects\nExperience with AI-powered products, AI solutions, or AI-enabled business processes\nHands-on experience analyzing and improving business workflows, with proven implementation beyond development processes and default SDLC processes\nFluency in English (Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level)\nBackground in Business Analysis or Product Management is a plus\nProficiency in no-code or low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, or Bolt is a plus\nWe strive to make our hiring process fair and comfortable for all candidates.
