For more information, please see our Privacy Policy\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead internal systems, automation initiatives, and business process transformation projects from an initial business problem throughimplementation, adoption, and measurable results.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner with leadership and department heads to define the vision and direction for new solutions, systems, and process improvements that deliver measurable business outcomes\n\nTransform strategic goals into actionable product solutions, aligning technical capabilities with business priorities\nLead the end-to-end MarTech enterprise product lifecycle - own initiatives from an ambiguous business problem through discovery, process analysis, solution design, prioritization, delivery, implementation, adoption, and measurable business results\nAct as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and transparency at every stage. Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery\nAnalyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement. Re-engineer processes and implement new, effective solutions\nCollaborate with business analysts, product designers, engineering teams, and other departments to deliver measurable outcomes. Independently own individual projects or specific product stages when needed\n\nWork with process owners and department leaders to implement solutions in day-to-day operations, support adoption, collect feedback, and validate whether the expected business outcome has been achieved\nQualifications\n5+ years of relevant experience in Product, Project, Business Analysis, or transformation roles within digital or technology-driven companies, including direct ownership of internal systems or business process initiatives\nProven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from an ambiguous business problem through discovery, solution design, delivery, implementation, adoption, and measurable results\nExperience analyzing and re-engineering business processes, implementing internal products or systems, and driving digital transformation\nStrong understanding of product andproject management practices, with the ability to determine when software development is needed and when a simpler operational or automation solution is more appropriate\nPractical experience using AI, automation, and no-code/low-code tools to improve workflows, validate hypotheses, or build early-stage prototypes.
