For more information, please see our Privacy Policy\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and implementation of the new systems, tools, and business processes that will power the next stage of growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner with leadership and department heads to define and communicate the vision for new solutions and tools that increase business outcomes.\nTransform strategic goals into actionable product solutions, aligning technical capabilities with business priorities.\nLead the end-to-end product lifecycle - from discovery and requirements gathering to release, implementation into the business process, and continuous optimization.\nAct as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and transparency at every stage. Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.\nAnalyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement. Re-engineer processes and implement new, effective solutions.\nCollaborate with business analysts, product designers, development teams, and other departments to get measurable outcomes. Be able to cover niche projects or product stages independently. \nQualifications\n5+ years as a Product or Project Manager with product expertise in a fast-paced digital or tech-driven company, delivering innovations with positive measurable results.\nProven experience managing internal products, projects, and processes.\nExperience leading cross-functional teams and delivering impactful results.\nDeep understanding of modern product and project management practices. \nGood understanding of when development is needed or not needed to solve the problem.\nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-informed decisions.\nHands-on experience using and implementing AI tools to automate workflows, validate hypotheses, build prototypes, and optimize products and processes \nStrong organizational, planning, and delivery skills are a must.\nExcellent communication with strong stakeholder engagement and alignment skills.\nProven records in business process analysis, optimization, and digital transformation.\nExperience in building automations to optimize processes and manual tasks.\nSelf-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working remotely across time zones.\nProficiency in building no-code/low-code prototypes and tools to validate hypotheses in the early stages.\nProven hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, OpenAI, Gemini, or similar) and no-code/low-code (n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, Bolt, etc.).\nExperience in B2B marketing operations, lead generation, demand generation, or marketing automation is a plus.\nPrevious BA experience is a plus.\nFluent in English (spoken and written).\nWhat We Offer\nOpportunity to shape the backbone systems of a modern, data-driven digital company.\nAutonomy to lead meaningful projects from ideation to impact.\nA collaborative, innovation-first environment that values initiative and experimentation.\nReduced working hours on Fridays during the summer.\nSchedule: Monday-Friday, 1:00/2:00 PM - 9:00/10:00 PM EET.\nWhy Join Us\nYou’ll be at the intersection of technology, process innovation, and business growth - building systems that empower our teams to work smarter, faster, and more collaboratively.
