In this role, you will build trusted relationships with international corporate clients while collaborating across ING to deliver a seamless service experience.\nWhat you will do:\nAct as the Single Point of Contact for a portfolio of international corporate clients.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.\nCoordinate with teams across Client Services to ensure client requests are handled effectively.\nProactively follow up on open topics and identify cases that require additional attention.\nManage client complaints and escalations professionally, with a solution-oriented approach.\nParticipate in client calls and service reviews.\nOccasionally travel for business and visit clients in person, as required.\nSupport clients during incidents and other service-related situations.\nCollect client feedback and contribute to continuous improvements in client experience.\nWork closely with Front Office, Transaction Services Account Managers (TSAMs) and colleagues across ING internationally.\nYou will thrive in this role if you:\nExcellent written and spoken English at C1 level; additional languages are an advantage.\nConfidence communicating directly with corporate clients by email and phone.\nA strong sense of ownership and the initiative to move issues towards resolution.\nA proactive, organized approach and the ability to manage several priorities at once.\nStrong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.\nThe ability to remain professional and solution-focused in challenging client situations.\nEnjoyment of working in an international environment and collaborating across teams.\nCuriosity, a willingness to learn and the confidence to ask questions.\nPrevious experience in banking, client services or another client-facing environment is an advantage.
