The team operates globally, with colleagues based in Amsterdam and Manila, supporting a wide range of finance and reporting activities.\nAs part of a growing international team, you'll gain exposure to complex banking operations, global stakeholders, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nRequired Skills\nExperience in financial, management, or regulatory reporting activities\nKnowledge of general ledger accounting and financial close processes\nExperience performing account reconciliations, including intercompany and cash reconciliations\nAbility to prepare financial reports, management information, and reporting dashboards\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail\nAbility to investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and reporting issues\nExperience working with policies, controls, and compliance requirements\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines\nContinuous improvement mindset with an interest in enhancing processes and controls\nWhat You'll Do\nExecute product and general ledger accounting activities\nSupport month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes\nPrepare financial, regulatory, and management reports\nPerform intercompany and cash reconciliation activities\nManage invoices, accruals, and asset management accounting activities\nInvestigate accounting breaks and provide accounting advice\nMaintain compliance with accounting standards and ING reporting frameworks\nSupport reporting projects, process improvements, and business initiatives\nPartner with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of accounting and reporting requirements\nDon't meet every qualification?
