Brand Project Coordinator Stageur

The Role

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to support the Brand team in the operational coordination of communication projects.

During the internship, the successful candidate will become the team's operational backbone, helping ensure projects progress smoothly, priorities and deadlines are met, and approval processes run efficiently.

This role offers broad exposure to marketing and communications activities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Coordination & Project Management

• Support the planning and coordination of Brand team activities.
• Monitor deadlines, milestones, dependencies, and priorities across multiple projects.
• Maintain and update planning tools, trackers, and project workplans.
• Ensure effective information flow among all project stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and escalate issues, delays, or bottlenecks.
• Support the team lead in setting and managing operational priorities.

Stakeholder Management

• Support coordination with internal teams such as Marketing, Media, Product, Compliance, Growth, Legal, and others.
• Organize alignment meetings and follow-up sessions, ensuring decisions and action items are properly tracked.
• Facilitate collaboration among the various stakeholders involved in projects.

External Partners & Vendor Coordination

• Support the day-to-day management of relationships with creative agencies, media agencies, production companies, and other external suppliers.
• Ensure a smooth flow of briefs, feedback, and materials between the company and external partners.
• Monitor timelines and progress of activities assigned to suppliers.

Process & Materials Management

• Coordinate internal approval workflows.
• Ensure the proper collection, storage, and distribution of project materials.
• Support the preparation of presentations, documents, and progress reports.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's operational processes.

The Ideal Candidate

• Has a natural aptitude for organization and managing multiple activities simultaneously.
• Enjoys building relationships and working with a variety of stakeholders.
• Is accurate, reliable, and solution-oriented.
• Maintains control and attention to detail even when facing multiple parallel projects and deadlines.
• Demonstrates strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Has a good command of written and spoken English.
• Previous experience in creative, media, or digital agencies, or in marketing/communications coordination roles, will be considered a plus.
• Experience using project management tools to track activities and priorities (e.g., Trello, Asana, or equivalent platforms) will be considered a plus.

Compensation: 1500€/month
