You'll work closely with stakeholders, data specialists, and technology teams to improve how data is sourced, governed, and delivered, enabling ING to stay a step ahead in life and in business.\nRole Summary\nAs a Business Analyst within the Tribe Granular Reporting (GR), you will play a key role in data management, data requirements gathering, data definition and mapping, data onboarding, and data modelling. You'll support the delivery of high-quality Finance and Risk data while contributing to initiatives that strengthen data quality, reporting, and regulatory compliance.\nWhat You'll Do\nPartner with Business Data Owners, Data Stewards, and stakeholders to understand and define data requirements.\nSupport data onboarding, data modelling, and data management activities across Finance and Risk domains.\nPerform reconciliation activities to ensure data accuracy and consistency.\nCollaborate with data engineers and data modelers to integrate data from various systems across the ING landscape.\nDevelop UAT plans and create comprehensive test scenarios.\nSupport solution development, implementation, and operational data delivery.\nMonitor progress, communicate dependencies and risks, and engage stakeholders throughout delivery.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of data management standards, processes, and ways of working.\nAbout the Team\nThe Tribe Granular Reporting (GR) is responsible for delivering accurate and harmonized Finance and Risk data that supports accounting, analytics, and reporting across ING.
