Experience with reporting and data-visualisation tools is an advantage\nStrong leadership, stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to work across Operations, Product, IT and control functions\nData-driven mindset, structured problem solving and the ability to turn operational evidence into clear decisions and priorities\nAbility to manage critical situations through sound judgement, ownership and effective escalation.\nContract offer:\nWorking conditions: Permanent employment contract\nWorking hours: Full time (37 hours per week)\nApplicable Collective Labour Agreement: National Collective Labour Agreement for employees in the credit sector (NCLA)\nLocation: Milan (hybrid)\nStarting annual base salary: 60.000€\nVariable remuneration: in line with the applicable remuneration policies (with a target based on the role, outcomes linked to the Group, Business line/function and individual performance)\nOur compensation approach is built on objective, gender-neutral criteria aligned with the role’s core requirements.
