Il percorso di stage consentirà di acquisire conoscenze sui processi di gestione delle controversie, sul quadro normativo di riferimento e sulle attività di tutela del cliente.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupportare la gestione di reclami, esposti e ricorsi (ABF e ACF), collaborando alle attività di analisi e raccolta delle informazioni necessarie alle istruttorie.\nCollaborare con le diverse funzioni aziendali per approfondire le problematiche segnalate dai clienti e individuare possibili soluzioni.\nAffiancare il team nella predisposizione delle risposte ai reclami e alle richieste delle Autorità competenti, nel rispetto delle tempistiche previste.\nSupportare le attività di analisi finalizzate all’individuazione delle cause principali delle segnalazioni e delle opportunità di miglioramento dei processi.\nContribuire al monitoraggio degli aggiornamenti normativi e delle pronunce degli organismi competenti.\nSupportare la predisposizione e l’aggiornamento della reportistica dell’Ufficio Reclami.\nLocation: Milan (hybrid)\nCompensation: 1500€/month\nAbout ING\nING offers many opportunities to build a diverse and rewarding career.
