As a Compliance Data Methodology Specialist, you will lead the delivery of strategic data initiatives that enable Compliance to become increasingly data driven. You will act as the central point of contact for Compliance data needs and help unlock the value of data, AI and GenAI to strengthen compliance risk management across ING.\nThe Compliance Data Methodology team is part of the Compliance Frameworks & Control department within Group Compliance. Compliance Frameworks & Control is responsible for risk-agnostic Compliance activities and the management of Compliance functional processes globally. The department leads Compliance Data Methodology, Compliance Ongoing Assurance & Insights and Compliance Deep Dives & Diagnostics, supporting a controlled, efficient and effective global Compliance function.\nWithin the Compliance Data Methodology team, you will contribute to identifying and delivering data, tooling and (Gen)AI initiatives for the global Compliance function.
