We work collaboratively with employees, learning academies, HR partners, and stakeholders to deliver a positive and efficient learning experience while continuously improving our processes and services.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nRespond promptly and accurately to learning-related requests and inquiries.\nCoordinate training administration activities and support end-to-end learning processes.\nManage learning communications, scheduling activities, and training logistics.\nIdentify exceptions, provide recommendations, and escalate concerns when needed.\nPartner with learning academies and stakeholders to resolve employee concerns.\nDeliver excellent customer service while meeting service level agreements and quality standards.\nContribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance employee experience and team effectiveness.\nHandle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\nExperience in learning administration, training coordination, HR operations, shared services, or customer support.\nStrong customer service mindset with a passion for delivering excellent experiences.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nAnalytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.\nExperience with ServiceNow and/or Workday is an advantage.\nWhat We Offer\nAt ING, you'll have the opportunity to work in an international environment where collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning are encouraged.
