You’ll partner with stakeholders across COO Operations or COO Risk to turn complex business questions into clear, scalable and actionable solutions that improve performance, productivity and risk decision-making\nWhat you’ll do..\nAnalyse complex customer data and translate findings into practical recommendations supporting operational, customer and risk decisions.\nPartner with business stakeholders to clarify questions, desired outcomes and the right analytical approach.\nDevelop reporting, dashboards and analytical solutions to understand customer behaviour, operational performance, channel usage, risk signals and process outcomes.\nUse SQL and SAS to extract, transform and analyse data from multiple sources.\nSupport prototyping and development of AI-enabled solutions and emerging AI agents within a banking and financial services context, with fair working knowledge of tools such as Copilot Studio / GitHub and Azure analytical environment.\nApply Microsoft Copilot and related AI tools responsibly while balancing innovation with data governance, privacy and regulatory expectations.\nWhat we’re looking for..\n3-5 years’ experience in analytics, data, automation or digital solution roles, ideally within banking, financial services or another regulated environment.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into a clear business context.\nAdvanced SQL, SAS or similar query-language capability for data extraction, transformation and analysis.\nStrong Power BI and Tableau experience across data modelling, reporting, visualisation and insight storytelling.\nStrong capabilities around data quality, data governance, data warehousing and analytical principles.\nExperience using Power Automate and/or Power Apps to develop workflow and process solutions is desirable.\nPractical experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI services or equivalent, with the judgement to balance innovation, delivery, risk and governance.\nWhat’s in it for you?\nDiscounted ING Health Insurance.\nAn additional Rest Day to support your wellbeing.\nAn IMPACT Day to volunteer on approved sustainability activity.\n\nAbout Us\nAt ING, we’re all about making life simpler and more rewarding - for the people who bank with us, the team members who work with us, and the communities we’re proud to support.
