In return, we’ll support you in becoming an even more awesome version of yourself.\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of experience as a Software Application Developer and/or DevOps Engineer\nHands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, Ansible, and Docker\nStrong Linux administration experience, particularly RedHat-based environments\nGood networking and infrastructure knowledge\nExperience with monitoring and observability tools such as ELK Stack, Grafana, and Prometheus\nProficiency in Python and/or Bash scripting\nExperience supporting production applications and resolving complex incidents\nUnderstanding of web security and secure software delivery practices\nExperience working in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps environments\nExperience collaborating within international and distributed teams\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation\nImplement production changes safely while minimizing operational risk\nAutomate repetitive operational processes and engineering workflows\nMonitor platform health, availability, capacity, and performance\nInvestigate and resolve complex production incidents\nImprove Disaster Recovery readiness, operational resilience, and recovery procedures\nMaintain and improve test and production environments\nSupport compliance and IT control processes\nContinuously improve observability, reliability, and incident prevention\nCollaborate with international engineering teams across ING\nParticipate in standby rotations when required\nWhat Makes You Successful\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAutomation-first mindset\nOwnership and continuous improvement mentality\nStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skills\nAbility to balance engineering speed, security, and operational stability\nCuriosity about emerging technologies and the Digital Assets ecosystem\nEqual Opportunity\nDon't meet every single requirement?
