You will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, HR stakeholders, and employees, ensuring that workplace concerns are addressed fairly, consistently, and in line with company policies and labor regulations.\nYou will play a key role in managing employee relations cases, supporting workplace investigations, handling labor relations matters, strengthening policy governance, and helping maintain a culture of integrity and respect.\nAbout the Team\nThe Employee Relations team partners closely with HR, Legal, Compliance, business leaders, and employees to create a workplace where people can thrive. We manage sensitive matters with professionalism, objectivity, and care while balancing employee experience, business needs, and regulatory compliance.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nManage employee relations cases from intake through resolution.\nAssess employee complaints, misconduct concerns, policy violations, and workplace disputes.\nSupport and coordinate workplace investigations with relevant stakeholders.\nAdminister disciplinary processes, including due process documentation and administrative hearings.\nFacilitate grievance handling, mediation, and conflict resolution initiatives.\nPartner with Legal, HR Business Partners, and business leaders on labor relations matters.\nRepresent and support the organization in labor and regulatory proceedings when required.\nProvide guidance on policy interpretation, labor regulations, and employee relations best practices.\nIdentify workplace risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.\nPrepare management reports, case summaries, and employee relations insights.\nWhat We're Looking For\n5 to 8 years of experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Legal Compliance, or a related field.\nProven experience managing employee relations cases from intake to closure.\nStrong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, procedural due process requirements, and employment regulations.\nExperience handling disciplinary actions, workplace investigations, grievance management, and labor disputes.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.\nStrong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and documentation capabilities.\nAbility to handle confidential and sensitive matters with professionalism and integrity.\nIt Would Be Great If You Also Have\nExperience participating in SENA conferences, NLRC proceedings, or DOLE hearings.\nExperience within financial services, shared services, BPO, or multinational organizations.\nExposure to policy governance, compliance, audit, or risk management environments.\nWhat We Offer\nAt ING, you'll have the opportunity to work with diverse, talented colleagues while helping shape a workplace culture built on trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.
