This role combines analytical work, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement.\nThe team\n You will be part of the HR CSD team supporting ING's Risk domain, working alongside experienced HR Business Partners, business leaders, HR Centres of Expertise, and People Services.\nThe team focuses on translating business priorities into impactful people solutions, supporting organizational transformation, talent development, workforce planning, and employee experience.\nThe environment is dynamic, collaborative, and provides significant opportunities for learning and professional growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nHR Projects & People Agenda\nSupport strategic HR initiatives and transformation projects\nCoordinate project activities, stakeholder communications, and progress tracking.\nTalent, Performance & Workforce Insights\nSupport performance, talent, succession, and promotion cycles across the Risk organization.\nAssist with workforce planning activities, including the development of workforce blueprints, people analytics, reporting, and presentations to support business decision-making.\nOrganizational Health & Learning\nSupport the analysis of Organizational Health Index (OHI) results and the co-creation of action plans.\nAssist in the development, coordination, and evaluation of learning, upskilling, and capability-building programmes.\nCulture, Engagement & Inclusion\nContribute to employee engagement, diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives that strengthen culture and employee experience.\nStakeholder Collaboration\nPrepare presentations, communications, and briefing materials for leaders and HR stakeholders.\nCollaborate with HR Business Partners, Centres of Expertise, People Services, and business teams to support the successful delivery of initiatives.\nQualifications:\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Studies, Economics, or a related field.\nStrong interest in Human Resources, organizational development, and people strategy.\nAffinity with data analysis and using insights to support decision-making.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills in English.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.\nProactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.\nWhat We Offer:\nHands-on experience within a strategic HR Business Partner team supporting a critical business function.\nExposure to senior leaders and business stakeholders across the Risk organization.\nParticipation in impactful HR projects related to talent, workforce planning, organizational transformation, and culture.\nOpportunities to develop project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.\nA collaborative, international, and learning-focused environment.\nInsight into how HR contributes to business strategy and organizational performance within a global financial institution.\nundefined\nRewards and benefits\nThis is a great opportunity to train with highly skilled people who are experts in their field.
