If you're passionate about technology risk, information security and helping organisations navigate change with confidence, we'd love to hear from you.\nWhat You'll Do\n\nProvide independent second line oversight, challenge and advice across Technology Risk and Data Risk governance, policies and risk appetite.\nReview and challenge risk assessments, control effectiveness, incidents, issues and remediation activities across technology and data management domains.\nPartner with stakeholders to ensure compliance with ING policies, minimum standards and regulatory requirements, including CPS 220, CPS 230 and CPS 234.\nConduct deep dives, thematic reviews and assurance activities to assess the effectiveness of key controls and risk management practices.\nMonitor emerging risks, industry trends and regulatory developments, including cyber, technology and AI-related risks, providing timely insights and recommendations.\nSupport major business, technology and transformation initiatives by providing expert risk advice and challenge throughout the project lifecycle.\nBuild strong relationships across business, technology and risk teams to promote effective risk management and a positive risk culture.\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nDemonstrated experience in Technology Risk, Information Security Risk, Operational Risk, Compliance, Audit or a related discipline within Financial Services.\nStrong knowledge of APRA prudential standards including CPS 220, CPS 230 and CPS 234, together with operational resilience and third-party risk management principles.\nExperience providing independent challenge and influencing senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.\nSound understanding of technology, cyber security, data management and emerging technology risks.\nTertiary qualifications in Commerce, Technology, Finance, Business or a related field.\nProfessional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC or equivalent will be highly regarded.\nStrong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and drive effective outcomes.\nA collaborative mindset and passion for helping the business manage risk while enabling strategic growth and innovation.\nWhat’s in it for you?\n\nDiscounted ING Health Insurance.\nAn additional Rest Day to support your wellbeing.\nAn IMPACT Day to volunteer on approved sustainability activity.\n\nAbout Us\nAt ING, we’re all about making life simpler and more rewarding - for the people who bank with us, the team members who work with us, and the communities we’re proud to support.
