Through structured onboarding, development initiatives, cross-functional networking opportunities, project showcases and an intern alumni community, you'll gain valuable exposure, build meaningful connections and develop skills for your future career.\nWhat does the FIL Team do in ING?\nThe FIL team is under Transaction Management, which is part of ING’s Wholesale Bank (“WB”) Lending. It is responsible for credit risk analysis, limits/rating reviews and lending origination and documentation for Banks and Non-bank financial institution (“NBFI”) counterparties.
