Resources People Services Team do in ING?\nThe People Services team in Human Resources focusses on the day to day governance and delivery of HR services to our staff ranging from onboarding through the lifecycle of the employee journey.\nWhat would you be doing?\nAs an intern, you will provide support to the People Services function in all HR risk administration related matters.\nThe work will cover HR services for the Asia region such as;\nSupport the People Services team in the administration and management of HR Systems and Processes across Tier 1 and Tier 2 activities across employee queries, onboarding, off boarding and other events in the HR lifecycle\n\nAssist with driving the review the maintenance and documentation of HR related operating procedures and policies as required\n\nSupport HR projects such as HR Administration efficiency and onboarding projects for ING Asia\n\nPerform some HR reporting\n\nWhat qualities and skills are we looking for?\nWe are looking for a passionate individual who meets the following criteria:\nYou should have legal work rights in the country of internship.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nComfortable with handling large volumes of information\n\nGood organizational skills and attention to detail\n\nAble to visualize and understand the end to end of a process\n\nProficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)\n\nReasonable level of savviness wth IT to use HR systems and data to be efficient in work\n\nAble to maintain a high level of confidentiality\n\nResourceful and willingness to
