You will help turn customer and business needs into concrete ideas, experiments, and improvements.\nRoles and responsibilities\nAs an intern in the Conversational Banking program, you will contribute to developing and improving conversational experiences for our customers. Your day-to-day activities will include:\nExploring customer needs, market developments and new AI capabilities relevant to Conversational Banking.\nAnalysing customer journeys and interactions to identify opportunities to make banking easier and more intuitive.\nCreating clear presentations and recommendations to share your findings and help shape next steps.\nSupporting the senior program manager with executing the program governance, drafting status updates, and taking care of program communication. \nHow to succeed\nWe hire smart people like you for your potential.
