Working closely with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and suppliers, you will challenge and refine solution designs, manage dependencies, and ensure that security, resilience, performance, and maintainability are embedded by design. solutions.\nWhat you'll do\nCoordinate the delivery of Business initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.\nManage dependencies, risks, and impediments to ensure successful and timely delivery.\nAct as a trusted partner between business and IT, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment.\nTranslate complex business requirements into clear implementation plans and actionable priorities.\nChallenge requirements, assumptions, and solution designs to maximize business value.\nCollaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Business stakeholders on roadmap definition and execution.\nDrive continuous improvement in delivery processes, collaboration, and ways of working.\nEnsure compliance with security, risk, governance, and regulatory requirements.\nExperience & Knowledge\nProven experience as an IT Integrator, Delivery Lead, Feature Engineer, Project Manager, or similar role.\nMandatory knowledge of ERP systems, preferably with experience in PeopleSoft.\nKnowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P)\nStrong understanding of Finance and Reporting processes.\nHands-on experience or strong knowledge of Cost Accounting, General Ledger, Financial Reporting, and financial data flows.\nExperience coordinating complex IT deliveries involving multiple teams and stakeholders.\nUnderstanding of system integrations, dependencies, and international enterprise environment.\nKnowledge of Regulatory Reporting and Management Reporting.\nFamiliarity with Finance domains such as:Cost Accounting\nGeneral Ledger\nFinancial Controlling\nRecord-to-Report (R2R)\nBudgeting & Forecasting\n\nExperience with SAP, Oracle Financials, Workday, or other enterprise ERP platforms in addition to PeopleSoft.\nLanguages\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nGood knowledge of French and/or Dutch is considered an
