Do you?\nHere’s a sneak peak of what our colleagues say about working within ING Hubs Romania:\nAt ING, we're building the solutions of tomorrow, today | 80% of our colleagues in Romania agree\n The Mission\nThe Cash & Liquidity systems (Group Treasury) deal with multi-year (5+ years) projects to upgrade the new and legacy systems which would provide new ways to benefit from market shifts. The projects have multiple phases where we would be streamlining internal applications/flows and would be enhancing components/services to standardize flows towards the strategic cash and liquidity solution. We started a new project Controlled Liquidity Intraday Queue (CLIQ). CLIQ is a central intraday queueing and release mechanism that controls the outflow of payments based on available liquidity, priority rules and predefined release times. CLIQ is a full end to end solution, delivering both the UI and all the services required to test, deploy and run the application in a controlled way.\nYour day to day\nEven if you’ll start your day from the comfort of your home or drink your morning coffee in our office’s garden, your day will be quite similar when comes to tasks. Here are your daily responsibilities:\nBeing an Engineer, work on user stories that have been broke down from features;\nCoding / Unit Testing and assistance on UAT test;\nEnd to End ownership of the user stories, analysis to release and support;\nDemo to the user groups / teams;\nCoordinate activities across the groups for user story delivery;\nIT Risk: Ensure that user stories are delivered within the scope of ING IT Risk & ensure all the IT risk requirements/documentations are performed;\nCollaborate with teams at different locations - Bucharest, Amsterdam, Mumbai, Manila;\nParticipate in Scrum rituals: Stand ups/Retros/Refinements/Reviews.\nWhat you’ll bring to the team\n Experience: 5+ years of experience of java development (Java 25)\nTech stack/ knowledge:\nMandatory:\nUnderstanding/work exposure to Kafka;\nExperience/Knowledge of various Java Frameworks - Spring, Spring Boot;\nExperience working on CI/CD tools - any would do, we are going to use AzDO;\nSome experience with XML, XSL, XSD;\nExperience working with TDD and BDD;\nAnalysis Skills;\nGood communication skills with an appetite to receive feedback whether it is positive or used for improvements;\nExperience in SCRUM with a strong preference for the agile way of working.\nNice to have:\nExperience relational database development (we are using Oracle);\nExperience with OTEL solutions;\nExperience with containerization platforms -
