You will partner with stakeholders across the business to support compensation programs, annual pay reviews, incentive schemes, job evaluation initiatives, and performance management processes.\nYou will combine strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of people practices to ensure our reward programs remain competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.\nAbout the Team\nYou'll join a collaborative HR expertise team focused on designing people solutions that enable the organization to attract, develop, reward, and retain talent. The team works closely with business leaders, HR partners, and global stakeholders to deliver impactful programs that support both employee experience and business success.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nSupport the delivery of annual compensation processes such as merit increase and variable remuneration\nContribute to the design and enhancement of compensation, benefits, incentive, and recognition programs.\nSupport performance management policies, processes, and implementation activities.\nPartner with senior business and HR stakeholders, including HR leadership, to provide expert guidance on Performance & Reward matters.\nEnsure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.\nContribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR frameworks, policies, and tools.\nProvide Performance & Reward support to Hubs Philippines and key growth markets, including Spain and Türkiye, with market-specific knowledge considered an advantage\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, Performance Management, or a related HR specialty.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
