The role combines no-code engineering, platform innovation, and automation with a strong focus on scalability and standardization, which aligns with the CoE's focus on reusable assets and platform maturity.\nKey Responsibilities\nReusable Component Development\nDesign and build reusable Power Apps components. \nCreate starter application templates for common business scenarios. \nDevelop reusable Power Automate flow templates and patterns. \nContribute to the Citizen Development Template Library. \nImprove existing CoE assets based on maker feedback. \nSolution Quality & Standards\nHelp define and document development standards and best practices. \nValidate reusable assets before publishing. \nSupport application lifecycle management activities. \nDocument technical implementation guidance for makers. \nCommunity Support & Maker Enablement\nSupport makers during Business Support Hours by answering questions related to Microsoft Power Platform and Citizen Development. \nHelp troubleshoot common Power Apps, Power Automate, and governance-related issues. \nFacilitate community calls, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions. \nDemonstrate reusable components, templates, and best practices to makers. \nGather feedback from the Citizen Development community and identify opportunities for new reusable assets and improvements. \nContribute to technical documentation, FAQs, and self-service guidance materials to reduce recurring support requests. \nPromote adoption of CoE standards, templates, and governance practices across the maker community.\nRequirements\nMust Have\nStudent of Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Data Analytics, or related field. \nExperience with Power Apps and Power Automate. \nUnderstanding of application lifecycle management concepts. \nInterest in Low-Code/No-Code technologies and AI capabilities. \nAnalytical and problem-solving mindset. \nAbility to learn new technologies quickly. \nNice to Have\nBasic knowledge of: Power BI \nSharePoint \nTypeScript \n\nWhat You'll Gain\nHands-on experience building enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions. \nOpportunity to create assets used by thousands of makers and applications across the platform. \nExperience with governance, automation, reporting, and platform engineering. \nExposure to modern no-code development practices. \nMentorship from experienced Power Platform engineers.\nRewards and benefits\nThis is a great opportunity to train with highly skilled people who are experts in their field.
