To support this ambition, we are looking for a Product Owner (Delivery Focus) who will ensure the successful execution and implementation of Beyond Banking propositions end-to-end.\nWorking closely with Global Product Owners, this role clearly separates business definition from technical delivery. While Global Product Owners define the product vision, customer journey, and business case, the Product Owner takes ownership after handover-translating these into prioritised backlogs, leading the development squad, and driving end-to-end technical delivery and market implementation. The role is key in aligning business priorities with technical execution by converting product artefacts into clear requirements, driving delivery with engineering teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes across markets.\nAs Product Owner (Delivery Focus) - Beyond Banking, you convert product artefacts from Global Product Owners into clear requirements and prioritised backlogs, driving the delivery of customer-centric propositions. Embedded in a product development squad, you lead execution by working closely with engineering, tech leads, architects, and design to ensure alignment, seamless implementation, and timely delivery across markets.\nYou will be assigned to a specific product area within Beyond Banking based on global roadmap priorities and manager allocation, with end-to-end responsibility for delivery and implementation within that scope.\nProduct areas may include: Streaming and video-on-demand subscriptions\nTransactional cashback propositions\nLifestyle and everyday perks\nThird-party integrations and partner onboarding\n\nYou support both technical and operational activities required for country rollouts related to your assigned product.\nEach Product Owner (Delivery Focus) operates within a clearly defined scope, ensuring accountability for prioritisation, delivery, and quality within their product area. Over time, the scope may evolve in line with ecosystem growth and changing business priorities.\nTechnical & Implementation Coordination\nDrive the delivery of technical developments related to Beyond Banking propositions;\nTrack implementation progress and ensure delivery against agreed priorities and timelines;\nWork closely with engineering teams, tech leads, and architects to ensure feasible and scalable solutions;\nOwn delivery backlog, ensuring business requirements are clearly translated into prioritised and actionable work;\nProactively identify, manage, and escalate delivery blockers, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely resolution;\nEnsure features are clearly decomposed and supported with appropriate refinement artefacts;\nDefine and validate acceptance criteria to ensure readiness for development and delivery;\nSupport backlog refinement to maintain a clear and prioritised delivery scope;\nCoordinate release activities in alignment with stakeholders and delivery plans.\nStakeholder Alignment\nWork closely with the Global Product Owners and Global Delivery Manager to drive delivery outcomes and resolve cross-functional dependencies;\nEnsure business requirements are clearly understood and reflected in technical execution;\nAct as a key interface between business and technology stakeholders;\nCoordinate with ING Hubs teams and country stakeholders during implementation phases;\nFacilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders;\nDelivery & Operational Readiness\nDrive testing, implementation validation, and go-live preparation activities;\nHelp ensure operational processes and documentation are properly maintained;\nCoordinate rollout across markets and propositions;\nDrive issue follow-up and resolution activities during implementation and post-launch phases;\nMaintain and continuously update the product roadmap, ensuring visibility and accessibility for all stakeholders;\nSupport process design and ensure operational readiness for product implementation;\nMaintain product documentation and ensure it remains accurate and up to date;\nTrack dependencies and provide transparency on delivery status experience in implementation, product ownership, delivery support, product coordination, technical coordination, or business analysis roles;\nAffinity with digital platforms, APIs, integrations, loyalty ecosystems, subscription services, or cashback propositions;\nExperience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams\nStrong organizational and coordination skills;\nAbility to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders;\nStructured mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-up;\nStrong communication and stakeholder management capabilities;\nAbility to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously;\nAnalytical and problem-solving capabilities;\nExperience within banking, fintech, or digital ecosystems is considered a plus;\nA
