Have strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Are proactive, well-organized, and take ownership of delivery outcomes. Can work independently while effectively managing changing priorities and dependencies. Feel comfortable presenting progress, risks, and recommendations to a broad and diverse audience, including senior stakeholders.
