Our teams bring together diverse perspectives, collaborate across borders, and embrace a culture of continuous learning and shared success.\nThis is an opportunity to work with colleagues from different countries, exchange knowledge with global experts, and contribute to technology transformation initiatives that make a real difference.\nWhat You'll Do\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance automated test frameworks and test scripts.\nDesign and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.\nCollaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to define effective testing strategies.\nIdentify, document, and track defects through to resolution.\nSupport and improve CI/CD and continuous testing practices.\nLeverage Azure DevOps to manage test activities and quality processes.\nPromote quality-first engineering practices across the software development lifecycle.\nContribute to process improvements that increase testing efficiency and application reliability.\nWork closely with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are validated through effective testing.\nContinuously learn and explore emerging technologies, testing tools, and quality engineering practices.\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Skills & Experience\nProven experience in QA and test automation engineering.\nStrong programming experience with Java.\nHands-on experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, or other BDD tools.\nExperience using Azure DevOps and modern software delivery practices.\nStrong understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.\nExperience with API, integration, and end-to-end testing.\nFamiliarity with Agile ways of working.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nNice to Have\nKnowledge of payment systems or financial services.\nExperience working in enterprise-scale technology environments.\nExposure to CI/CD pipelines and test automation best practices.\nExperience supporting modernization or digital transformation initiatives.\nExperience in Bash or Python scripting.\nExposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization and orchestration platforms\nKnowledge of messaging systems such as ActiveMQ or Kafka, including related testing strategies.\nKnowledge of Spring Boot.\nWhat Will Help You Succeed\nStrong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality solutions.\nStrong sense of ownership and accountability.\nAbility to work independently while effectively partnering with global teams.\nA continuous improvement in mindset and passion for learning.\nWhat We Offer\nOpportunities to collaborate with international teams across the ING network.\nA culture that encourages continuous learning and professional growth.\nExposure to modernization initiatives and innovative technologies.\nA diverse and inclusive workplace where your ideas are valued.\nThe chance to contribute to products and services that impact millions of customers worldwide.\nWorried about the wage gap?
