Our way of working is collaborative, Agile and enablement-driven, partnering with squads to embed quality through shared standards, automation, governance and continuous improvement.\nYour key responsibilities:\nAs a Quality Assurance Engineer you will:\n- Define and maintain quality standards, controls and testing approaches across products, platforms and delivery organizations.\n- Define and evolve the Quality Engineering roadmap, aligning quality initiatives with business priorities, engineering strategy and platform objectives.\n- Drive improvements in testing, automation and Quality Engineering practices, establishing consistent ways of working across multiple teams.\n- Establish quality metrics and provide visibility of quality performance, risks and improvement opportunities at organizational level.\n- Work with Engineers, Architects, Product Owners and Platform teams to embed quality requirements into solution design, delivery processes and engineering standards.\n- Act as a subject matter expert in Quality Engineering, coaching teams and supporting the adoption of modern testing and quality practices across the organization.\n- Lead cross-functional quality initiatives, influencing stakeholders and driving organizational improvements to increase engineering excellence,\n- Support incident analysis, defect prevention and continuous improvement initiatives, reducing production risk and improving release quality across the organization.\nWhat are we looking for?\nWant to know if this job is made for you? And if the shoe fits… don’t hesitate to apply!\nA strong passion for software engineering, quality assurance and continuous improvement:\n- Strong experience in Quality Assurance, Test Engineering or Quality Engineering within large software delivery organizations.\n- Ability to influence technical decisions and drive adoption of quality practices across multiple teams without direct authority.\n- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile delivery and modern engineering practices.\n- Strong analytical skills, using data and metrics to identify systemic quality issues and improvement opportunities.\n- Practical, hands-on approach focused on measurable quality outcomes and organizational impact.\n- Demonstrated ability to lead organizational quality initiatives and influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization.\n- Experience mentoring engineers and serving as a trusted advisor for Quality Engineering practices across teams and domains.\nAs a Quality Assurance Engineer, you must have:\n- Proven experience defining and implementing quality standards, governance models or testing strategies across multiple teams or domains.\n- Experience defining Quality Engineering roadmaps and driving their adoption across multiple teams and delivery organizations.\n- Experience establishing governance frameworks, quality controls and organizational quality metrics to support data-driven decision making.\n- Proven experience improving release quality, reducing defects and minimizing production incidents through engineering and process improvements.\n- Experience driving the adoption of test automation, quality controls and quality metrics at scale, including their integration into CI/CD pipelines and software delivery processes.\n- Strong understanding of modern Quality Engineering practices, including Contract Testing, Testing Pyramid, Shift-Left and Shift-Right approaches.\n- Strong knowledge of functional and non-functional testing practices across all levels, including reliability, resilience, security, performance and observability.\n- Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices and experience using quality KPIs and engineering metrics to drive continuous improvement.\nWhat do we offer?\nThe time you spend at work, the challenges you face or the lessons you get are very important, but… What about your personal life?
