In return, we'll back you to develop into an even more awesome version of yourself.\nYou likely bring:\nBachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.\nAdvanced technical certifications in cloud, architecture, or AI technologies are advantageous.\nTypically 6+ years of software engineering and architecture experience.\nExtensive experience designing and operating enterprise-scale distributed systems.\nProven track record delivering production AI and Agentic AI platforms.\nDemonstrated success influencing architecture and technical direction across multiple teams.\nExperience mentoring senior engineers and leading technical transformation initiatives.\nRequired Qualifications\nAI & Software Engineering\nExpert-level Python development experience.\nStrong background in distributed systems, scalable architectures, and software design principles.\nExperience with event-driven architectures and reliability engineering.\nAgentic AI & Generative AI\nProven expertise in LLM applications, RAG, and multi-agent systems.\nHands-on experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen.\nKnowledge of AI evaluation, observability, and optimization practices.\nCloud & Platform Engineering\nExperience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nStrong Kubernetes, containerization, IaC, and CI/CD expertise.\nAbility to optimize enterprise-scale AI workloads.\nGovernance & Leadership\nUnderstanding of Responsible AI, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.\nStrong strategic thinking, executive communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.\nEqual Opportunity\nDon't meet every single requirement?
