Team members typically come together in our Vadistanbul office for two days per week during three weeks of the month, while one week each month is fully remote.\nAs part of a globally distributed organization, you'll collaborate with colleagues across multiple ING locations while contributing to AI solutions that support international banking operations.\nWhat You'll Drive\nYou will:\nAnalyze large and complex datasets using SQL, Python, and PySpark.\nDevelop reporting solutions, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI, Cognos, or similar BI platforms.\nIdentify trends, patterns, anomalies, and improvement opportunities across Wholesale Banking processes.\nTranslate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.\nWork with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to deliver scalable analytics products.\nSupport data quality initiatives, profiling activities, and analytics best practices.\nCommunicate analytical findings through presentations, dashboards, reports, and stakeholder discussions.\nMentor junior analysts and contribute to knowledge sharing within the analytics community.\nSupport teams working on predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI-enabled solutions through your analytical expertise.\nAbout You\nWe hire smart people like you for your potential.
