Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nAround 3-6 years of experience in software testing or quality engineering.\nStrong hands-on experience with end-to-end, system integration, API, functional, and regression testing.\nExperience designing test cases based on business requirements, functional specifications, user journeys, and technical designs.\nExperience building and maintaining automated test suites.\nPractical experience with Postman, GitHub, GitHub Copilot, and modern automation frameworks such as Playwright.\nA hands-on ownership mindset, taking responsibility from test preparation through execution, evidence, retesting, and follow-through.\nStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate complex testing topics into clear risks and decisions.\nA proactive and resilient approach when priorities shift, dependencies create blockers, or delivery pressure increases.\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.\nGood command of English and confidence collaborating across international teams. \nDesired skills:\nISTQB Certification (Foundation Level / Agile Tester
