Do you?\nThe Mission\nOnePAM ensures one single source of truth for all party/person, agreements and permissions data shared across all ING’s country and customer segments. You will be part of a team which helps building and maintaining the OnePAM Integration Layer (OIL) that facilitates data loads, data corrections and reconciliations.\nTogether with your team, you will be building and maintaining the batch processing tools designated for entities in OnePAM or specific business cases. Every engineer actively participates in the extension of the OIL’s capabilities by deploying and configuring new features and releases in a controlled way.\nYour day to day\nYou are implicated in the full development process. You design, develop, test and deploy new features;\nSupport the applications in production environment that are under your team’s portfolio;\nSupport the delivery of OIL 2.0, which adheres to OnePAM’s DDD and hexagonal architecture guidelines;\nManage and customize monitoring tools for your team’s portfolio.\nWork in close cooperation with stakeholders but also with other teams on common software components that aid the developed APIs and applications in the OnePAM domain.\nCreate and keep up to date required documentation related to all systems/solutions in your area of responsibility;\nOffer technical guidance and support for your less experienced colleagues with hands-on focus;\nLeverage AI tools and agentic development in your daily tasks.\nWhat you’ll bring to the team\n Education: Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in an IT related field;\nExperience: at least 5 years of experience as a software developer;\nTech knowledge:\n Mandatory: Java (21), Spring /Spring boot, Maven/Gradle, experience with DevOps teams, experience with relational databases, experience using AI code generation tools (Ex: Github Copilot, Claude);\n Nice to have: Experience with Spring Batch;
