We pride ourselves on a strong team culture, combining sector expertise, commercial focus, and collaboration to achieve sustainable growth and long-term client partnerships.\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nThis is a senior, client-facing role where you will take ownership of key relationships, originate new business opportunities, and deliver tailored financial solutions, while contributing to sector strategy and team leadership:\nClient Relationship Management & Business Development:\nManage, maintain, and grow a portfolio of corporate clients with full budget responsibility\n\nAcquire new clients in line with ING’s targeting strategy\n\nIdentify business opportunities and deliver tailored financial solutions\n\nSell and cross-sell the full range of ING corporate banking products\n\nStrategy & Commercial Contribution:\nSupport the Sector Head in defining and executing sector strategy and tactical plans\n\nContribute to broader bank strategy development\n\nEnsure profitability while balancing risk considerations\n\nPerformance, Risk & Governance:\nMaintain high-quality credit portfolio management\n\nEnsure compliance with all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and procedures\n\nDeliver timely responses to client requests and honour commitments\n\nUphold strong data quality and operational standards\n\nLeadership & Collaboration\nCoach and mentor junior team members\nDelegate effectively and support team development\nAct as back-up to the Sector Head when required\nCollaborate across teams and represent the sector internally with credibility\nHow to Succeed:\nWe hire smart people like you for your potential.
