You'll be expected to drive AI Experience strategy for a domain, influence product direction, and lead complex initiatives.\nWhat you'll be accountable for:\nDrive AI Design strategy and product direction\nDefine and evolve the AI experience vision for analytics products and journeys. \nIdentify opportunities where design, data, and AI can improve customer and operational outcomes. \nTranslate business strategy into actionable AI Design strategies, priorities, and measurable outcomes. \nAlign stakeholders around a shared understanding of user needs and business goals. \nLead end-to-end AI design\nOwn the full AI design process from discovery through implementation. \nConduct and synthesize user research, stakeholder interviews, and service investigations. \nCreate journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. \nValidate advanced analytics concepts through testing, experimentation, and data-driven iteration. \nSolve complex service and workflow challenges\nDesign experiences that span multiple teams, systems, and operational processes. \nSimplify complex financial and operational workflows into intuitive user experiences. \nBalance user needs, business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technical constraints. \nDrive consistency across products and experiences within your domain. \nElevate design across WBAA\nAct as a role model for AI design excellence and user-centered thinking. \nMentor designers and contribute to the growth of the AI Design CoE. \nInfluence decision-making through research, storytelling, and evidence-based recommendations. \nHelp define and improve AI design practices, frameworks, and standards. \nWhat success looks like\nAfter 12 months, you have:\nEstablished a clear AI Experience vision for key products and journeys. \nDelivered measurable improvements to user and business outcomes. \nInfluenced strategic product decisions through customer insights and design expertise. \nSuccessfully led complex cross-functional initiatives from discovery through delivery. \nIncreased AI design maturity and adoption of user-centered practices across the domain. \nBecome a trusted partner to Product, Engineering, Data Science, and business stakeholders. \nWhat we're looking for\n8+ years of experience in Experience, Product, or Service Design. \nStrong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end AI design ownership and measurable impact. \nProven expertise in complex systems, workflows, and enterprise products. \nDeep experience in user research, interaction design, prototyping, and validation. \nStrong proficiency with Figma and modern AI-driven design methodologies. \nAbility to influence without formal authority and navigate complex stakeholder environments. \nExperience working with AI, data products, analytics, or financial services is a strong plus. \nExcellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills. \nWhy join us?\nWBAA is building the next generation of AI and Advanced Analytics capabilities for Wholesale Banking.
