Team members typically come together in our Vadistanbul office for two days per week during three weeks of the month, while one week each month is fully remote.\nWe also offer additional flexibility during August, allowing colleagues to work remotely throughout the month.\nAs part of a globally distributed organization, you'll collaborate with colleagues across multiple ING locations while contributing to large-scale AI initiatives that create impact across the bank.\nWhat You'll Build\nAs a Senior NLP / LLM / LLMOps Data Scientist, you'll help build and scale conversational AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions that support ING's KYC and customer operations across multiple countries.\nYour work may include:\nConversational AI and agent-assist capabilities.\nRAG solutions built on enterprise knowledge and regulated banking documentation.\nNLP pipelines for structured and unstructured text processing.\nProduction-grade LLM applications and LLMOps capabilities, including evaluation, monitoring, experimentation, and continuous optimization.\nAI solutions designed for reliability, explainability, and regulatory compliance.\nFor example, you may develop solutions that help KYC agents retrieve relevant information, summarize documentation, support onboarding processes, and improve decision-making through explainable AI capabilities.\nAbout You\nWe hire smart people like you for your potential.
