You might be a great fit if you tick most of the boxes:

• Bring at least 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer;
• Have a knack for analyzing data, spotting patterns, and turning insights into action;
• Are familiar with Python, PySpark, Git, SQL, Databricks, AKS, and Azure Data Services like Data Factory, Data Lake;
• Have experience with cloud platforms, ideally Azure;
• Are familiar with migrating existing pipelines from on-prem Hadoop systems to Azure cloud services;
• Know your way around data visualization tools;
• Understand data security and privacy best practices, and why they matter;
• Have hands-on experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum;
• Can explain complex technical stuff in a simple way, whether you're talking to a teammate or a stakeholder;
• Are proactive, dependable, and genuinely excited about working with data;
• Have excellent written and spoken English skills.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Designing and building end-to-end data pipelines that handle complex business logic - with input from stakeholders along the way;
• Running data quality checks and making sure data stays clean, accurate, and reliable throughout its journey;
• Working closely with Data Scientists, Business Analysts, and other teams to turn business needs into scalable data solutions;
• Spotting data-related challenges and bottlenecks early and finding smart, efficient ways to solve them;
• Keeping up with the latest tools, trends, and best practices in data engineering, and bringing fresh ideas to the table;
• Supporting and mentoring colleagues, sharing your knowledge of solid data engineering practices.
