solid, hands-on experience in manual testing: functional, integration, regression, smoke, exploratory, and end-to-end;\nIs comfortable designing test scenarios, test cases, and regression suites from requirements, acceptance criteria, and system documentation;\nHas practical experience with Jira and Xray for test management and defect tracking;\nUnderstands API testing using Postman or Bruno, including request/response and payload validation, HTTP status codes, and integration testing;\nIs confident writing SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting;\nHas experience with test automation using Playwright and TypeScript;\nKnows how to work across DEV, QA, and Production environments, including production support and analysis;\nIs comfortable reading logs in Elastic and Azure/Application logs to investigate issues;\nHas experience with ServiceNow or similar tools for support and incident management, and is familiar with root-cause analysis;\nIs familiar with Git/GitLab and has a basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, including pipeline monitoring and release validation;\nFeels at home in an Agile/Scrum, sprint-based way of working, with strong analytical thinking and attention to detail;\nCommunicates clearly, both with developers and cross-functional teams, and isn't shy about pushing a defect through to resolution.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nPreparing and executing manual and automated tests for Jira tickets and new features;\nPerforming regression testing to safeguard existing functionality;\nReviewing failed automation tests, analyzing failures, and determining whether the root cause lies in the application, test data, environment, or automation itself;\nCreating and maintaining test cases and test steps aligned with requirements and acceptance criteria;\nReporting and documenting bugs with clear, reproducible steps;\nMonitoring ServiceNow tickets and open defects daily, investigating reported issues, and collaborating with developers and other teams to see defects through to resolution;\nContributing to release support by validating deployments and monitoring pipeline results;\nParticipating in defect triage and sprint
