And we're looking for someone to help us meet our future teammates!\nAbout the role:\nWe're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who enjoys discovering great talent, building genuine connections with candidates, and making the hiring journey a positive experience for everyone involved.\nYou'll focus on running recruitment processes for technical and business roles, from sourcing and initial conversations to coordinating interviews and leading the offer stage. You'll work closely with hiring managers and colleagues, learn more about our teams and technologies, and gradually take on more ownership as you grow into the role.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nSource and engage candidates for a variety of IT positions using LinkedIn and other relevant channels;\nReview applications, conduct screening interviews, and assess candidates against role requirements;\nCoordinate interviews and keep candidates and hiring managers informed throughout the process;\nMaintain accurate candidate records, pipeline updates and recruitment metrics data in our ATS;\nPartner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and gather feedback;\nLead offer-stage communication and salary discussions in collaboration with the team;\nHelp create a thoughtful, transparent, and respectful candidate experience;\nTrack recruitment activity, share insights, and contribute ideas for improving our hiring processes;\nStay curious about technology, the IT talent market, and new recruiting approaches.\nWhat we're looking for:\nAt least 2 years of hands-on experience recruiting across a wide range of IT company roles, including both technical and non-technical positions;\nPractical experience with candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination;\nA good understanding of common software development roles and the IT talent market;\nConfidence using LinkedIn for sourcing and engaging passive candidates;\nStrong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and follow-through;\nFamiliarity with AI tools and an interest in using them thoughtfully and responsibly in recruitment;\nAbility to manage multiple hiring processes and changing priorities;\nExcellent written and spoken English;\nA collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and willingness to keep learning.\nAnd here’s what you can expect from us:\nA supportive environment where you can build confidence, expand your recruitment skills, and gradually take on more responsibility;\nA clear individual career development process and learning opportunities;\nFlexible working hours and a remote-friendly culture;\nPrivate health insurance;\nComfortable offices in Niš, game nights, and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere;\nMerry Wednesdays, when our breaks last for 1.5 hours;\nOpportunities to learn from colleagues and share knowledge at Friday Tech Talks.\nLocation:\nWork from anywhere in Serbia.
