Someone who understands that good design is not just about making things look great, but also about communicating the right message to the right audience.\nYou will work on a variety of creative projects, from social media content and digital campaigns to esports events, brand identities, and marketing materials. This role suits someone who is creative, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where no two projects are quite the same.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign engaging visuals for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, and marketing materials.\nDevelop creative assets for esports tournaments, gaming events, and brand campaigns.\nTranslate creative briefs and concepts into visually compelling designs.\nWork with existing brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas and creative approaches.\nCollaborate with creative strategists, marketing teams, video editors, and other designers.\nContribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and creative discussions.\nAdapt designs across different platforms, formats, and audiences.\nManage multiple design projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.\nStay updated on design trends, gaming culture, and emerging creative tools.\nWho This Role Is For\nYou will likely enjoy this role if you:\nThink beyond templates and enjoy creating original designs.\nHave a strong eye for composition, typography, colour, and visual balance.\nEnjoy experimenting with different design styles and creative approaches.\nAre interested in gaming, esports, entertainment, and digital culture.\nCan take feedback constructively and use it to improve your work.\nAre comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities.\nPay attention to small details without losing sight of the bigger picture.\nTake ownership of your work and enjoy collaborating with others.\nWhat We're Looking For\n2-4 years of relevant experience in graphic design, creative design, or a similar role.\nA strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and design skills.\nProficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.\nGood understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and brand consistency.\nExperience creating designs for digital platforms and social media.\nAbility to interpret creative briefs and turn ideas into effective visual content.\nStrong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.\nAbility to work independently in a remote environment.\nNice to Have\nExperience designing for gaming, esports, entertainment, or digital marketing brands.\nBasic motion graphics or animation skills using Adobe After Effects or similar tools.\nExperience with Figma or other collaborative design platforms.\nFamiliarity with video production, content creation, or digital advertising.\nExperience developing campaign key visuals and adapting them across multiple platforms.\nImportant Note\nWe value creativity, originality, and the ability to turn ideas into effective designs.
