At Ingenico, trust and sustainability are at the heart of everything we do.\nWe are looking for a UI/UX Designer to contribute to the design of user interfaces for our strategic cloud platform, including payment applications and device management solutions.\nThis role focuses on strong execution, collaboration, and consistent application of our design system across products.\nResponsibilities\nCollaborate closely with product managers, designers, and development teams to design intuitive, scalable user interfaces for our cloud product portfolio\nContribute to the evolution and consistent application of the cloud product design system, ensuring alignment with UX/UI guidelines\nWork with design and development teammates to ensure designs are feasible, well-documented, and implemented accurately\nParticipate actively in agile ceremonies (reviews, refinements, retrospectives), providing design input aligned with user and business needs\nSupport shared ownership of the design system by applying standards and patterns consistently across teams\nIdentify design and technical constraints and help document components, patterns, and foundations to improve reusability\nApply accessibility best practices and contribute to reducing design and technical debt\nCreate high-quality UI/UX deliverables, including wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that are ready for development\nClearly communicate design decisions and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience\n3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably working within agile, cross-functional product teams\nSolid understanding of UI design principles, usability, accessibility, and responsive design best practices\nStrong proficiency in Figma and experience working with established design systems (e.g., Maestro)\nBasic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and SASS; familiarity with React is a plus\nExperience designing with implementation in mind and contributing to design documentation\nComfortable collaborating remotely within a global, multicultural environment\nWhat We Offer\n25 days of paid annual leave\nAdditional health insurance\nAnnual performance bonus\nRe:benefit monthly budget for flexible perks\nBirthday benefit: 1 extra day off in your birthday month + 200 BGN added to your Re:benefit\nVolunteer Time Off\nReferral Bonus Program\nParental Benefit: Extra support if you become a parent while at Ingenico\nWork-from-home opportunities after probation\nLinkedIn Learning platform access\nCorporate discounts\nCozy office close to a subway station\nFresh fruits and nuts in the office\nAs part of our values, we embrace diversity and inclusion at Ingenico.
