You will join the Operational Performance & Improvement division of our client, a leading aerospace company, as an industrial performance improvement consultant.\nContinuous Improvement Engineer\nWe can count on you hereYour various tasks will focus on identifying and implementing concrete improvements to ensure that aircraft are delivered on time and to the required quality standards, while optimizing resource utilization.\nYou will work closely with our clients' teams to monitor progress/delays and workload/capacity.\nOur experts will provide you with daily support, whether in terms of methods and tools, or more specifically in project management.\nFor example, you will be required to balance lines taking into account operational feedback, or support workstations in the deployment of Lean standards and routines.\nYou will proactively participate in analysis, such as VA/NVA, and in the development of action plans.\nYou will assist and then lead the management of the projects entrusted to you, as well as steering committees and daily progress meetings.\nWith the project team, you will ensure that analyses are properly validated, action plans are progressing, and, above all, implementation is being measured.
