Our flagship brands include Keen, Horoscope.com, Astrology.com, Purple Garden, Kasamba, and Kang.\nHow you’ll be impactful:\n As a Creative Growth Marketing Apprentice, you’ll be reporting to the Head of Acquisition Europe, you'll help create innovative marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition across our European brands.\nThis apprenticeship will give you hands-on experience across Creative Content, Paid Media, Video Editing, Landing Pages, CRM, User Experience and Artificial Intelligence, providing a true 360° introduction to Growth Marketing.\nYou'll be encouraged to bring your ideas, experiment with new concepts and directly contribute to the performance of our campaigns.\nPlease note: This role will require being in our Paris office at least 3 days per week.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\n Creative Content\nDevelop creative concepts for marketing campaigns.\nDesign visual assets for Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and other acquisition channels.\nEdit short-form videos (UGC, Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts).\nAdapt creative assets for multiple European markets.\nUse AI tools to accelerate creative production.\nLanding Pages & User Experience\nSupport the creation and optimization of high-converting landing pages.\nBuild engaging gamified experiences using existing templates (quizzes, spin-the-wheel, contests and more).\nContribute to UX improvements web & app.\nAssist with A/B testing and conversion optimization.\nCRM & Digital Acquisition\n Create SMS and Push Notification campaigns.\n Adapt marketing assets for different European markets.\nSupport the launch of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok campaigns.\n Monitor benchmark and identify new creative opportunities.\nArtificial Intelligence\nUse ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other AI tools to improve content creation.\nExplore new creative AI solutions.\nStay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends.\nWhat you’ll need to be successful:\n\nYou're currently pursuing a Master's degree (Master 1 or Master 2) in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, Communication, UX/UI Design, Digital Design or a related field.\nIdeally, you already have previous experience through an internship, apprenticeship or personal projects in Digital Marketing or Content Creation.\nYou enjoy creating high-performing digital content.\nYou're comfortable using Canva, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.\nYou have experience editing videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar software.\nYou're curious, creative and eager to learn.\nYou're excited to develop your skills in Growth Marketing, AI and Digital Acquisition.\nFrench is your native language, and you have a good level of spoken and written English.\nTools you’ll use:\nGoogle Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics 4, Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway\nPerks & Benefits:\nCollaborative, high-performing, and entrepreneurial team\nEmployee referral bonus program\nCompany swag\nBirthday PTO\nSummer Fridays\nMeal vouchers\nLearning & development support, including dedicated budget\nRegular in-person and virtual team events\nWhy Ingenio?\n Our growing team of over 300 employees is powered by our diverse perspectives and company core values: \nWe are humble.
