The role will maintain application stability, partner with business users, support integrations including with SAP, PMPro, Adobe and drive continuous improvement across service operations.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nGather requirements and partner directly with business stakeholders\nDevelops, tests, and executes processes, change requests, and enhancements using best practices\nTroubleshoot configuration, data, and integration issues.\nManage incidents, requests, and changes through ServiceNow and Salesforce\nSupport testing cycles, releases and documentation.\nDrive process improvements and automation initiatives.\n\nMandatory Requirements\n\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\n5+ years supporting Salesforce in an enterprise environment.\n3+ years with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Salesforce CPQ.\nExperience integrating Salesforce with SAP and/or Oracle ERP.\nExperience with CPQ best practices, governor limits, and performance tuning\nExperience with Document Generating and Templates (PDF, Word, and Adobe e-sign.\nExperience with Salesforce code and customization.\nERP integrations through APEX and Custom Components\nStrong customer service and stakeholder management skills.\n\nDesired Skills\n\nSalesforce Administrator Certification.\nSalesforce CPQ Certification.\nKnowledge of SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA.\nExperience in manufacturing or industrial environments.\nFamiliarity with Enosix integration platform\n\nTechnical Skills\n\nSalesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Apex, Flows, LWC, Advanced Approvals, Pricing Rules, Security Model, Reporting, SAP, APIs, Middleware Platforms, Data Management, Release Management.\n\nTravel & Work Arrangements/Requirements\n\nThis position is based in Bangalore, India, with a hybrid work arrangement and minimal anticipated travel.\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nWe are all owners of the company!
