Reporting to the Technical Manager, the successful candidate will become an integral part of our Australian Drives&Automation Business.\nThe primary responsibilities will include supporting the LV and MV Power Converter Systems / VSDs supplied withing the mining space.\nThis position requiries to work remotely and onsite, involving interstate travel to sites across Australia.\nMain Responsibilities:\nSupporting commissioning of new systems, and scheduled and preventative service and repair as required, with a key focus on Variable Speed Drives (VSDs) and power conversion systems.\nWork adhering strictly to all HSE systems, procedures & regulationsPerforming commissioning, scheduled and breakdown maintenance & service including;\n- Troubleshooting mechanical & electrical issues on solar power generation equipment\n- Mechanical & Electrical component maintenance, repair & replacement\n- Testing & Diagnostics analysis\n\nAccesing remotely to systems to identify, diagnose and resolve faults and alarms.\nDocumenting all work using computer-based service reporting procedures\nExecuting assistance in the field (of the start-up type, repairs, modifications... etc.)\nReporting documentation to the Department (part of assistance signed by the client, cost sheets, etc.)\nGenerating reports for the client\nProviding basic customer training\nRemote monitoring of commissioning carried out by the client.\nOffice support to the Support department (remote connections, incident follow-up,...)\nGenerating technical work documentation\nProposing improvement actions\nEnsuring safety and health in your workplace, in accordance with established procedures and current
