/ Requirements\n1、3年左右结构设计相关工作经验，硕士及以上学历并取得相应学位，机械设计制造及其自动化、材料成型及控制工程、工程力学、车辆工程、高分子材料与工程等相关专业。\n2、具备CAD技能： 精通 SolidWorks / UG NX / CATIA / Creo 等至少一款主流三维设计软件，能独立完成复杂装配体设计。或CAE技能： 具备扎实的力学理论基础，熟悉至少一款仿真软件（如 ANSYS、Abaqus、HyperWorks 等）的结构分析模块。或模流分析技能： 熟悉 Moldflow / Moldex3D 的操作与应用，有实际项目经验者优先。分析能力： 优秀的逻辑分析与问题解决能力，能清晰解读仿真数据并提出有效改进方案。。\n3、掌握Python/Matlab等工具进行数据处理或自动化脚本开发者。具备试验设计（DOE）
