This is an exciting opportunity to join our inclusive team at our state-of-the-art facility in Murray Bridge.\nHours of work\nWe are looking for workers to fill the full-time role of Feedmill Operator, you will need to be flexible to cover various shifts as and when the need arises in order to support the team. This role requires individuals to work rotating Day, Afternoon and Night shifts on a Sunday night to Saturday Roster.\nBenefits\nImmediate start \nOnsite Parking \nOpportunity to be part of a growing team with career development opportunities \nGreat job security with an ASX listed and stable company \nThe health, safety and wellbeing of our people is our highest priority \nTeam focused environment \nDaily Tasks\nOperating Feedmill machinery in order to produce feed order requirements. \nCompleting general machinery cleaning and maintenance in order to minimize breakdowns and avoid the disruption of the process. \nInspecting dietary materials prior to processing as well as inspecting the final product prior to distribution. \nEnsuring manufacturing processes are adhered to at all times. \nMaintaining high-quality standards and reprocessing of materials as and when required to meet these standards. \nComplete manual handling duties \nCleaning duties and maintaining a clean work environment \nBeing an active, respectful team member that is reliable, and honours work commitments \nGet involved with safety, follow the safety rules, speak up, and be mindful of risks \nYou will bring to this role\nCurrent car license and own transportation \nNumeracy and literacy skills \nReliable and punctual \nAbility to understand, correctly interpret and follow instructions, procedures, and information \nAttention to detail and problem-solving skills \nProven ability to work effectively unsupervised and within a team environment \nGood levels of fitness \nForklift license (preferable but not required) \nIntermediate computer knowledge \nWe're looking for people who are curious, caring, courageous, and committed to join us.
