This position offers the opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and operational excellence.\nKey Responsibilities:\nExpertly prepare and serve three satisfying, nutritious, and well-balanced meals daily to a crew of 8-10 team members\nEnsure pristine maintenance of the galley, dining room, and all associated equipment to the highest sanitary standards\nConsistently deliver safe and efficient operations by adhering to Ingram's comprehensive safety standards\nProvide nourishing and satisfying meals and snacks that exceed crew expectations\nImplement excellent inventory management and ordering procedures to optimize resources\nPrepare and store all foods in full compliance with sanitary food handling best practices\nFoster an energetic, professional, and positive atmosphere throughout the galley\nPossess a valid Driver’s License\nPossess or be willing to obtain a ServSafe certification\nMust be able to obtain required Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card by time of interview.
