This role assists with building systems, equipment, facility upkeep, supplies, recycling, and other Corporate Services needs.\nEssential Duties\nPerform general building maintenance and repairs, including drywall, painting, lighting, plumbing, and furniture systems.\nAssist with preventative maintenance and repairs to HVAC, humidification, electrical, and compressed air systems.\nOperate forklifts, manlifts, box trucks, vans, and other facility equipment as required.\nMaintain facility, dock, break room, patio, recycling, and common areas in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.\nMonitor fire extinguishers and other facility safety equipment for proper condition and accessibility.\nMaintain and replenish janitorial, housekeeping, printer, and break room supplies.\nSupport recycling operations, including collection and scheduling pickups.\nPerform minor facility maintenance and repairs as directed.\nOther Duties\nAssist with records storage and meeting or training room setup and cleanup.\nSupport snow and ice removal from walkways and entrances during inclement weather.\nPick up facility supplies and assist with vendor or contractor activities as needed.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nA valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of facility maintenance or related experience.\nBasic knowledge of carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance.\nAbility to safely operate forklifts, manlifts, motorized equipment, and company vehicles.\nAbility to read and understand work instructions, perform basic math, communicate effectively, and complete required documentation.\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team, manage multiple priorities, and meet performance expectations.\nAbility to follow all safety requirements, including Lockout/Tagout and hazardous materials procedures.\nReliable attendance and flexibility to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.\nAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.\nAbility to bend, reach, twist, grasp, and perform repetitive physical tasks as needed.\nAbility to work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions.\n Perks/Benefits:\nA highly competitive compensation package with generous benefits beginning first day of employment for Medical/Prescription Drug plans, HSA, Vision, Dental and Health Care FSA.10 vacation days & 10 sick days accrued annually and 3 personal days\n401K match, Life and AD&D, Employee Assistance programs, Group Legal, & more\nWellness program with access to onsite gym and basketball court for associates\n\nEncouraged continued education with our tuition reimbursement program\nFinancial and in-kind opportunities to engage with non-profits in your communityCompany match program for United Way donations\nVolunteer opportunities and in-kind drives for non-profits throughout the year\n\nTake breaks or brainstorm in our game room with ping pong & foosball\nCasual Dress Code\nPay:\n$20.47 and up DOE\nMonday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM\nOT when required\nThe world is reading, and Ingram Content Group (“Ingram”) connects people with content in all forms.
